Christmas Jumper Day

Do your bit in a festive knit!

Christmas Jumper Day

Friday 8th December 2023

Will you join us in donning a Christmas Jumper this December, to raise funds for our family of hospitals?

Whether you’ll be at home, school, work, or in our hospitals, it’s really easy to get involved – simply sign up, download our fundraising guide, flaunt your festive knit, and make a donation.

By taking part you will help us to make a difference for the 2.5 million patients, young and old, cared for by our family of hospitals every year. And if you would like to support a particular hospital within our family, simply let us know when you register.

Don’t worry if you don’t own a Christmas jumper – anything Christmassy counts! So if a festive knit is not for you then how about a tinselly T-shirt, sparkly socks or happy headwear!

How to donate

Whether you are paying a singular donation of £2* to take part or you’re paying a donation on behalf of several people, you can pay your fundraising in via our website at

There, you can select the hospital you wish to support with your Christmas Jumper Day activities.

*Whilst we suggest a minimum £2 donation to take part, we know times are tough, so please donate whatever you feel you can afford for taking part.

In need of your festive fashion?

We have partnered with Fabryx, part of Clothes2order, for the third year running to produce an exclusive range of Christmas sweatshirts and T-shirts in support of our family of NHS hospitals.

Available in festive green or red, and in both adult and child sizes, we have one design which supports our family of hospitals, and another that specifically supports Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital!

And because Clothes2order only print what you order, there’s no wastage of materials or unsold stock, which is kinder to the environment.
